Pipes & Drums Band will be marching & all Columbus Council #126 members, family & friends are more than welcome
to march with the band. Please support this local parade & our band. There is also a party at The Cort Club from 2:30pm

Fourth Degree Exemplification

The Fourth Degree
Exemplification will take place on Saturday April 11, 2015 at 12:00 PM, at Msgr. Burke/Rockaway Council #2672, 333 Beach 90th
Street Rockaway Beach, New York 11693 (718) 634-3699.
Mass & Banquet to follow the exemplification. Mass location
TBA. Banquet will be held at Msgr. Burke/Rockaway Council #2672.
All applications must be in by Monday March 23, 2015
so they can be voted on.
To take part in this exemplification, you must be a third degree member in
good standing with at least six months membership in the order to be eligible for membership in the Fourth Degree.
(a) The official dress code for the Fourth Degree Exemplification is black tuxedo, black bow tie,
plain white tuxedo shirt (NO wing tip shirts), black shoes, black socks and black cummerbund.
(b) A member serving
in the Armed Forces of the USA, full time Police Officers and Firefighters shall be considered in proper attire when dressed
in a Class A dress uniform. Candidates must not wear any lapel pins or jewel of office during exemplification.
$70. 00 ~ Includes: Exemplification, Social Baldric, Banquet Dinner & 2015 Dues.
Banquet Dinner for each of your guest.

is a $10.00 processing fee for each application & please note the return by dates.
Attached is an application from the Long Island Chapter Tuition Assistance Program which is only for a student
attending a "Catholic High School" in the fall of 2015.
Attached is also an application from Our Lady of Loretto Council #585
which is for a student attending a Catholic School in September 2015 from grades 1 through College.
