    Servings: 3 pounds INGREDIENTS 3
TO 5 POUNDS OF YOUR FAVORITE FRYING POTATO. 2 TO 4 POUNDS OF CARROTS.3 TO 5 LARGE ONIONS OR 4 TO 8 MEDIUM ONIONS.1 TO 2 BULBS
OF GARLIC.1 TO 2 LARGE ZUCCHINI.4 TO 8 EGGS,GREATED CHEESE,FLOUR TO COAT.FRYING OIL TO COAT PAN ABOUT 1/4 inch. INSTRUCTIONS Beat eggs in a large bowl. Mix all vegetables with eggs; add enough flour to
give a nice coat. Place small circle of battle in hot oil; fry both sides until brown. Drain on rack, paper towels or evenly
sliced bread. Enjoy! CHEF COMMENTS Try adding your favorite seasonings
to taste - works very well. Brings out the best in your cooking - your family and friends will love you for it.



JAMES' CHEESECAKE James Velinskie 1 C. heavy
cream 4 egg yolks 1 tsp. vanilla 3 (8-oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia 1 drop honey cream cheese 1 c. sugar 4 egg whites
.; Combine cream, vanilla, honey, sugar, egg yolks and cream cheese, using electric beater until smooth. Then, using
electric beater whip egg whites, until peak. Then fold into other ingredients. Coat spring pan with butter and a
light dusting of graham crumbs and pour all ingredients into pan. Bake at 340 degrees for 1 hour and do not open oven
door until time is up,then you will see cracks in the cheese cake "DONE" Cool for 2 hours. '
